We seek highly motivated candidates with a confirmed history of success as a lead trial attorney in cases involving high exposure and complexity in New York, as well as New Jersey or Connecticut.  This includes at least 10 years’ First Chair Jury Trial experience, in insurance defense or personal injury.  Candidates must be able to provide Jury Verdict Reporter documentation of their trials, along with examples of cases involving cross-examination of experts in the fields of neurology, orthopedics, biomechanics, vocational rehabilitation and economics.  Candidates must also be willing to act as a lead trial attorney on cases throughout New York, as well as New Jersey or Connecticut.  A JD degree and current good standing before the bar of the State of New York, as well as New Jersey or Connecticut is required.
