Requirements and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
A minimum of three years paralegal experience in a major law firm or corporate legal department required
Superior Microsoft Office software skills required
Excellent legal technology skills, including legal matter management and document management
Ability to establish priorities to meet critical deadlines
Superior attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Primary Responsibilities
Position provides paralegal, administrative and legal technology support to the General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations
Work on a variety of initiatives related to legal matters, including eDiscovery, matter management and document management responsibilities.
Preparation of complex Powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Responsible for streamlining and standardizing legal processes. Assist in special projects as needed.
Responsible for processing, tracking and analyzing legal invoices. Review and monitor compliance with billing guidelines.
